“I have to ticket you, please forgive me my love”

Police Officers Giving Woman Traffic Ticket

Police Officers Giving Woman Traffic Ticket

The day is glowing with incandescent sunniness,

Divine is the air and nature hums

melodies of bliss,

It is so nice to see you in all your loveliness

with a heavenly smile to light

up the world with your prettiness.

Going fast, even in a fast lane?

Flying on the wings of desire my love!

This leaves me wondering as if,

You want to make yourself free from self

in one stroke! to vanish into oblivion

and emptiness.

Flee from speeding, away from trouble;

take the path of safety, far from this danger.

Take this advice from me

as a sign of compassion,

of care, of concern, of love

for sake of your secureness.

Life is rushing onward from moment to moment.

It’s onward rush is so visible,

but the next turn is unseen:

may that which is hidden

not fail you! Life Surprises us

with its un-predictableness.

If you be observant and vigilant,

You will see at every moment

the response to your action.

Be perceptive my love

for something is fashioned

in outcome of every action of our fickleness.

I have to ticket you my love,

to protect your humanness

from fading into nothingness.

May Luck be with you,

I am a Police Officer

to us is the sacrifice!…

Police Officer Writing Up Ticket

Police Officer Writing Up Ticket

Too many innocent lives are lost everyday due to speeding. Police officers as first responders witness the gruesome reality in its most raw form. Lets save ourselves and our protectors from trauma and observe speed limits.

  3. Beautiful reminder, Samina. People get mad when they’re pulled over for speeding, but little do they know their life may have been saved. Each day, during my work commute, I’m amazed by the speed people travel. Every time we get into our car, we put our life at risk, the officer are only trying to prevent a tragedy.

    • Hi Jill. Thank you so much for the appreciation my friend. It is so true, nowadays traffic accidents due to speeding have gone up in numbers. People don’t like to be ticketed for speeding since they do not appreciate that the police officers are trying to save their lives. My husband got a speeding ticket on his graduation day in Los Angeles. He told the officer that he did not want to be late for his graduation ceremony that’s why he was speeding and the officer said that it would have been a hell of a graduation if a car was coming from the opposite direction. My husband to is so thankful for the officer’s advice, even to this day. Police officers are our guardians and their job is the most difficult, we must cooperate with them and appreciate their concern for our well being. It’s always lovely to see you Jill. Take care my friend.❤️ 😊

  4. My son-in-law once gave a ticket to a friend who was driving his 2-year-old daughter without a car seat, kneeling on the front seat drinking out of a sippy cup as he drove while also texting her mom to say he was on his way.
He didn’t receive a warning; it was a two-level ticket, and it almost ended their friendship. Until several weeks later when the driver saw a horrible accident happen, and the distracted mother and her two unbelted children were very seriously injured.
This is a powerful post and a valuable reminder for all parents and all drivers, Samina.
    Well done.

    • Thanks Marylin for appreciation of my post. It’s so nice of you. Your son-in-law proved his true friendship by giving his friend the ticket, otherwise he would not have remembered anything afterwards. And the incident his friend witnessed afterwards taught him a lesson that that ticket that day had saved his and his daughter’s life. He actually owes his life to your son in law. Police officers’ job is very challenging and I wish people appreciate and listen to them since they mean well for them. God bless them for the good they do for humanity and may God protect them from every harm. Amen. We must always pray for our protectors. Thanks again for such beautiful encouraging words for my post Marylin. Take care. 😊

The policeman or woman’s compassion is to help us to be better drivers, being safe will keep others on the road alive. Good message with many emotional ties to it, I feel. Going slow, paying attention, staying distant from others, along with seatbelts… sober always while behind the wheel are just a few reminders and will make police officers so much happier, too. God bless you and have a wonderful week, Samina!

    • Hi Robin. So glad to see you my friend. thanks for a lovely comment and I fully agree with you. Words of wisdom are hallmark of your remark, if we all follow these golden rules on the road too many tragedies could be diverted and too many lives will be saved. Police officers’ already stressful job will be lighter and much easier. God bless you too and you too have a lovely week. Huge hugs! 💌😃

  9. I think the speed limit is the one law that the most people are willing to break and ignore the most often, and it’s one of the ones that if we all followed it would protect us the best. Thank you for a wise and *always* needed reminder!!!

    • Hi Kathryn. It is very nice to see you. I agree with you 100%. By following speed limits and being careful on the road we save ourselves and other precious lives. By ticketing us the police officer is only helping us to understand the importance of following speed limits and saves our lives. Thanks for the lovely comment my friend. Take care and God bless. 😃
