“Somehow in our strategy development, we’ve taken the view that in order to catch the criminals, we need to get more like them…we need to have more market knowledge, more experience in the markets….and to a certain extent that’s true. But really the key for us is to use our tried-and-true-strategies for catching these people. That is how we get results in the near-term and avoid lengthy and protracted court cases. When you are a police officer, you go to the area where the crime is happening, you scan it, you see who is doing it, and you get in there. You talk to humans, you recruit sources, you do undercover operations. And you get evidence in the near term and you bring it to the court.”

      • it was simple truth from heart, having a good friend is better than having a dozen companions. I too rather prefer having some close friends, rather than having a crowd around me.

Yes, the tried and true methods are best and the training they receive is excellent. The police in big cities have different crimes than the smaller towns, also drugs do need to have some undercover work. I like to watch tv police stories and like this post since it is more factual and still, interesting to me! Thanks, as always for your service and information, too!
